Acer Western Day

It was announced at the WES Championship Show that Bob Mayhew (considered father of Western Riding in the UK) made his last appearance as a competitor at the show. When the announcement was made, Bob made a farewell lap of the arena and like a true showman, threw his hat into the appreciative crowd. As a fitting end and as if to demonstrate his talent, he won the WES Championship reining class and rewarded the spectators with a spectacular farewell spin.

My personal favourite freestyle reining entry at the WES Championships. Loved the choice of music and the timing was impeccable.
